Quick connection system
A quick connection system greatly simplifies the connection of recessed luminaires and enables safer and faster installation of larger lighting systems.

Fagerhult’s quick connection system streamlines the interconnection between luminaire, external driver and power. The quick connection is pre-mounted on the driver. With a snap-in mechanism, the driver can be connected quickly and safe – without the need for tools – to both the luminaire and power.
Choose between permanent installation, cord and earthed plug, or chassis connector that connects on the primary side. A T-splitter can be fitted to any Wieland, Wago, or Ensto models for extended connection.
The Twin Dual Driver is equipped with a quick connection system that allows for angled connections on the primary side. This simplifies installation in low or narrow ceiling spaces.
Safety
To avoid faulty connections, which in the worst case can lead to connected products being either damaged or unsafe, it is important that the quick connection system is used correctly, i.e. according to the manufacturer’s instructions. For example, a 5-way connector system intended for 3-phase installation must not be used in the place of 1-phase + control cable for dimming. For this type of system, the connectors must be of a design that prevents accidental misconnection.
